Using an ATM
When Using an ATM…
- Be aware of your surroundings and use caution when withdrawing funds.
- Watch for suspicious persons or activity around the ATM. If you notice anything out of the ordinary, come back later or use an ATM elsewhere. If you are in the middle of a transaction: cancel the transaction, take your card and leave the area. Come back at another time or use a different ATM.
- Report all suspicious activity immediately to the owner of the ATM or to local law enforcement.
- Refrain from displaying cash, and put it away as soon as your transaction is completed. Wait to count your cash until you are in a safe location.
- If you have further questions regarding your Debit Card security, please contact First Robinson Savings Bank at 800-272-0212.

FraudWatch Texts
One of our main goals is to ensure the safety of our customers. Our fraud system will send a text from FraudWatch letting you know that there has been potential activity of suspicious items on your debit card. The text message system asks for a yes or no confirming a transaction. FraudWatch DOES NOT contain any links for you to click to review transactions. The FraudWatch text DOES NOT ask for card or account number information.
Another way for early detection of fraudulent debit card transactions is to download our SecurLOCKEquip app. SecurLOCKEquip app allows instant notification of debit card transactions attempted on user’s debit cards.
